Confirming Your Facebook Role

To connect your Facebook Business Page to Re:amaze, you must have the Business Admin role for that page. If you are unsure of your current role, follow the steps below to check.

Navigate to your Meta Business Suite Dashboard.

Select Settings at the bottom of the left navigation bar, then select People under Business Account Info.

Find your name and confirm that your Business Account access shows Business Admin.

If you are still having trouble connecting your Facebook Business Page, double check the permissions for the Re:amaze app directly in Facebook.
